We are looking for a Property Management Assistant.

About the Role.

We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Property Management Assistant to join our team.

As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a key role in the day- to- day operations of our busy Property Management Department, ensuring that our Landlords' properties are well- maintained and tenant satisfaction is high.

Key Responsibilities.

• Progress maintenance issues with Landlords/Tenants and Contractors
• Attend periodic visits and produce reports
• Attend final check- outs and produce reports
• Mediate and agree deposit releases
• Work closely with the Lettings team preparing properties to let
• Administer tenancy agreements and collect rent payments
• File and maintain property records
• Liaise with relevant authorities and service providers

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience in property management or a related role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Computer literacy and experience with property management software

Additional Skills

• Full driving license
• Ability to relate to people from all backgrounds
• A positive and can- do attitude
